Return & Refund Policy
Dispatch intimation shall be sent to the customer within 24hrs of payment. Under normal transport conditions, goods will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the payment date to any shipping address in India.
Shipping charges will be as indicated on the product page and on the invoice.
In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the purchase (in absence of any manufacturing defect), goods can be returned by the customer (at his/her expense) within 3 days of the ‘date of receipt’ and the amount paid for the umbrella will be refunded in full. However, such returned goods will be accepted and monies refunded only if the goods returned are in unused and salable condition with the product labels preserved. The company shall reserve the right to determine the saleable nature of the goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The date on which the return goods have been booked by the customer with a reputed courier company shall be called the ‘return date’. Such ‘return date’ must fall within 3 days of the ‘date of receipt’. The company shall refund in full the amount paid by the customer within 10 business days of ‘date of returns receipt’ of the returned goods.
